When we are camping, we want those quick, easy meals or snacks that don’t take too much time or effort away from the hiking trail or the campfire. Especially in the summertime, it’s good to have options that don’t require any cooking. Tuna Poppers are easy. And they are cool and refreshing. What a great addition to your next StressLess Camping trip!

StressLess Lunchtime

Tuna Poppers are so easy to make as a meal, or a snack any time. Even the kids can stuff their own!

Make-Ahead

We always make our tuna salad a day or two before we want to eat it. Like lasagna, cheesecake, or chili, tuna salad needs time to get the flavors all merged together.

Pack the tuna salad in a plastic, air-tight bowl and pick up a bag of small, sweet peppers.

Cheesy

Oh, and don’t forget the Laughing Cow cheese wedges!

Really, any soft or shredded cheese would work. The shredded cheese is definitely the way to go if you decide the serve these as a hot dish - shredded cheese broils so beautifully.

Low Carb!

You thought I wasn’t going to say it, but here I am saying it: these are also good for the low-carb diet!
